**Sales Database Administrator**

Support and sustain the adoption of CRM through database administration and data management including the creation of reports and dashboards, maintenance & deployment, functionality review & PMO liaison. The CRM Administrator is also responsible for user support and user training, user registration, bulk account transfer & deregistration of users. The CRM Administrator may be required to take on additional administration tasks and work with other systems linked to the CRM system.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:
**Database Administration & Data Management including Reporting & Dashboards**
- Produce regular weekly, monthly and quarterly CRM administration reports e.g. Opportunities Past Due, Users Not Logged in This Month, Accounts with New Opportunities, Accounts with Incorrect data, Accounts without Contact Details, Accounts without Opportunities, etc.
- Communicate and work with users to ensure that records are 100% accurate
- Analyse quality of data and undertake major data improvements through data entry or global changes via Data Management Group or Global CRM team
- Design, deploy and maintain reports & dashboards in anticipation and in response to users' needs
**User Support & Training**
- Respond and assist with all user queries.
- Direct system issues, errors or changes to the correct teams for additional support
- Provide ongoing training and instruction to existing and new users
- Communicate and train users on functionality following new releases
**Functionality Review & PMO Liaison**
- Review effectiveness of current functionality
- Create work around solutions and communicate to users
- Log problems and proposed enhancements with Global PMO
- Test new release functionality in UAT and report faults
**User Registration, Bulk Account Transfer & Deregistration**
- In conjunction with Global MarshForce Admin Team (India):
- Issue new user profiles within role hierarchy rules
- Transfer accounts and opportunities to other users on resignation or redeployment of current users
- Deregister users who have resigned or been redeployed
**We would like you to have**:
- Data Management and Analysis Experience
- Customer service and/or helpdesk experience
- Capability in teaching, coaching and explaining the use of business technology
- Happy to work alone or with a team
- Wiliness to learn
