Join to apply for the Accountant role at PwC Australia. Location: This role could be based out of any of our PwC offices in Australia. Our team provides Assurance services and business advice to clients ranging from small, rapid-growing businesses to large entities. We use technology to reduce manual testing, enabling you to focus on the most valuable areas of client service and on enhancing governance and the reliability of client information. We're looking for Senior Accountants to work on client engagements through complex auditing practices.
Use the know-how you've gained in accounting. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so strong communication skills and a team ethos will be important. You'll learn and supervise key engagements in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled. As an expert in assurance you'll solve problems by leading the assessment of application security and areas prone to fraud and financial misstatement, and streamline processes that are part of our client's core business. Responsibilities
Lead a full range of assurance tasks including the planning, testing, reviewing and reporting stages on large and complex client engagements
Conduct financial investigations, prepare reports and undertake audits
Develop relationships with market-leading clients by delivering outstanding client services
Lead and develop an energetic, diverse and high-performing team

Salary and eligibility
The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 85,700.00 including superannuation. Salaries for Manager/Senior Manager/Director will be above this in line with salary bands. A candidate's final salary will be determined based on skills and experience.
