Your new role
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end‐to‐end procurement activities across a range of categories and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with internal clients to increase commercial acumen and deliver optimal procurement outcomes
* Managing end‐to‐end tendering activities, including RFx processes, evaluations and contract awards.
* Preparing and administering procurement documentation such as RFx documents, contracts and variations
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, including Legal, to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements
* Leading sourcing strategies for bespoke or non-traditional procurement processes
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in procurement, contracts management or a similar role
* Strong knowledge of contemporary procurement practices, ideally within a regulated environment
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in procurement, supply chain, contract law, commerce, or equivalent experience
* Highly developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
