Spot On Conveyancing is a busy and friendly property law firm, and we're looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to join our Brisbane office on a full-time basis.

About the Role
As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for:
* Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls
* Providing a warm, friendly first impression for clients
* Accurate message taking and call management
* Supporting the team with general administrative tasks
* Managing emails and calendars using Office 365 (Outlook)
* Multitasking effectively while handling interruptions
* Working collaboratively as part of a close‐knit team
About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Experience in a customer service or receptionist role (preferred but not essential)
* Strong phone manner with excellent listening and communication skills
* Confidence and professionalism in all interactions
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and phone calls at once
* Strong time management and organisational skills
* Accurate attention to detail, particularly with message taking
* A proactive, solutions‐focused attitude
* Friendly, approachable, and patient nature
* Good basic computer skills, especially Office 365 and Outlook
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
