Whats the role on offer?
Join Alliance Airlines Head Office in Pinkenba as an Emergency Procedures Instructor, delivering high-impact training that keeps our flight and cabin crews confident, capable, and CASA-compliant.
You'll lead essential safety instruction, maintain regulatory approvals, and help shape a strong culture of professionalism and safety across the airline.
Deliver engaging, high-quality Emergency Procedures training for both Flight Crew and Cabin Crew.
Maintain precise documentation, certifications and CASA approvals to ensure full regulatory compliance.
Support the development of trainee EP Instructors and safeguard the integrity of all assessment materials.
Work closely with the Cabin Crew Standards Manager to meet training needs and provide operational support.
Champion a strong culture of safety, security, and OH&S compliance in line with CASA, state laws, and Alliance Airlines standards.
Uphold all company policies and procedures while promoting proactive safety and security reporting across the organisation.

CASA-approved to deliver Emergency Procedures training, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence
Deep knowledge of cabin crew training programs and operational best practices.

Thrives under pressure, with sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Passionate about training and development, bringing creativity and initiative to every session.
Solid background in airline operations, with proven experience in Cabin Crew training or leadership roles.
