Job Description:
* The successful candidate will prepare and cook nutritious meals for residents in a welcoming recovery-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in food preparation, menu planning, and efficient kitchen operation. A caring, compassionate, and respectful attitude is essential, as well as high hygiene standards and knowledge of food safety and handling.
This is a part-time role on a 6-month contract, with three days per week, involving supporting clients with menu preparation while ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hospitality or catering background
* Experience working within a commercial kitchen
* Strong skills in food purchasing and stock control, menu planning, and food preparation
* Excellent communication skills and emotional regulation
