About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will play a key role in enhancing their quality of life by providing person-centered care and support.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Domestic Assistance
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting changes in clients' conditions
About You
* Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
* Willingness to undergo relevant background checks (Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening)
* Relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling (preferred)
* A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (desirable but not essential)

Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
