As expert you will bring a deeptechnical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you tolead the planning, process development and implementation of planned maintenanceelements ina continuous improvement manufacturing environment. Youwill manage this through teams consisting ofvarious technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.
How you will contribute
Core Duties of Site Services Process Lead include, but are not limited to:
* Skilled and competent on Utilities operations, Environmental Aspects & impacts.
* Stakeholders' management including regulatory authorities.
* Ensure critical operations are always safe and working with legal compliance like Boiler, Trade waste, Air Compressors and Ammonia Plant.
* Possess skills to engage, motivate and enhance capabilities of team.
* Performance management of operators and provide right/constructive feedback.
* Manages utility budgets, allocates resources effectively, and monitors spending.
* Identifies opportunities for process enhancements and implements best practices to improve efficiency.
* Identifies and resolves issues related to utility systems, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and emergency response.
What you will bring
The Key Requirements for the roles are:
* Experience in a MS-Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, etc.).
* Analysing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
* Handling emergency situations and disruptions to utility services.
* Experience in SAP is preferable.
* Experience in lean manufacturing principles is preferable.
