Role Responsibilities
* Build long-horizon front-office tasks in healthcare administration with deterministic rubrics for agent performance evaluation.
* Develop scenarios in patient access including scheduling, eligibility verification, and intake with required fields.
* Create coordination tasks such as referral routing and records-request fulfillment with HIPAA elements.
* Design patient communication templates for pre-visit and post-visit with required disclosures.
* Work independently and focus on challenging scenarios that require long sessions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
* 2+ years in patient access, front office, or healthcare admin.
* Expertise in EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks.
* Experience with insurance verification, scheduling, and referral coordination.
* Ability to read and produce admin artifacts like scheduling workflows and intake forms.
* Clear written communication to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
