Requirements
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing referral information to understand individual client requirements prior to commencing labour market researchResearching job advertisement websites to identify suitable vacancies aligned with client capacity, skills and locationConducting cold calls with advertising employers to gather relevant labour market informationResearching the quantity and suitability of job opportunities within a client’s local labour marketAccurately documenting all employer calls using approved templates to support detailed report writingLiaising closely with referring consultants to clarify referral requirements and escalate any identified concernsSupporting the preparation of detailed Vocational and Labour Market Reports within prescribed templates (as capability develops)
