We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and strive to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
What you will be doing:
Understand and address customer needs, inquiries, and concerns in a courteous and effective manner.
Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Keep up to date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Process orders, return and exchanges with a high level of accuracy.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge.
Work closely with Outside Sales to provide excellent customer service, prevent potential issues, and monitor ongoing projects.
Coordinate the project execution with project management.
Handle project change orders
Perform site survey or evaluation to refine the estimates.
*What we need from you:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic attitude.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Office 365
College Diploma or University Degree in related field an asset
Basic knowledge of electrical theory and/or industrial automation and controls an asset.
