Enterprise Inside Sales Representative Job Description
This is a key position in our Account Management team. The successful candidate will work closely with Account Managers to drive growth and consumption in managed accounts, identify opportunities for new product adoption, and strive to increase annual recurring revenue (ARR) in every account handled.
The role involves:
* Collaborating with Account Managers to align messaging, track current efforts, and identify new needs.
* Researching accounts to identify opportunities for increased usage, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Performing account mapping and engaging with new stakeholders.
* Reviewing and supporting the effective follow-up and management of opportunities.
* Executing sales-related administrative tasks as directed by management.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Up to 2 years of sales or cold-calling experience.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information to users and prospects via phone and email.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Technical aptitude, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach.
* Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours of work per week.
