Are you a skilled chef looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a luxurious resort in the Whitsundays.
About the Role
This is a key role within our kitchen team, responsible for cooking and preparing high-quality dishes for our guests. As a Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our Head Chef and other senior chefs to develop and implement new menu ideas and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Cook and prepare high-quality dishes for our guests
* Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
* Develop and implement new menu ideas in conjunction with the Head Chef
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A formal Commercial Cookery Certification
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
* A proven track record of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
