Job Description
* To develop, maintain and drive internal utilisation of bespoke insurance products through market benchmarking, insurer negotiations, and proactive coverage strategies that meet evolving client needs.
* Collaborate with senior brokers and claims teams to shape tailored solutions that empower our clients.
The successful candidate will possess excellent business development skills to engage with brokers and distribution leaders to assist with optimising facility utilisation. They will also be responsible for developing collateral and facilitating broker training on facility products. Additionally, they must collaborate effectively with insurers to maintain viable placement solutions.
