We’re looking for a Site Administrator (internally known as a Business Support Officer) to join our Gladstone plant on a 12-month maternity leave cover, starting ASAP. This full-time, on-site role at Fisherman’s Landing offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, supporting the team with day-to-day administration, financial processing, and general office duties. The role has a start time between 7:00–7:30am, finishing between 3:00–3:30pm.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the site running smoothly, from processing purchase orders and invoices to managing material movements and end-of-month processing. You’ll also support reception, greet visitors, and assist with site security, making you an essential part of our team and often the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues alike.

Your Opportunity
In this role, you will:
* Provide general office support, including filing, managing mail, and keeping supplies stocked
* Answer calls and greet visitors as the first point of contact
* Help manage site security, including visitor access and issuing access cards
* Support the team with processing material movements and purchase orders
* Assist with invoicing, payment queries, and end-of-month processing
* Review and maintain procedures and documentation
* Help prepare reports and provide information to support the Commercial Manager
* Shift between tasks as needed and support the team wherever required
What You’ll Bring
* Certificate in Business or related field, or relevant work experience
* 2+ years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
* Experience with SAP is a plus, and comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Able to manage deadlines and shift between different tasks
* Willing to learn, contribute, and support team goals
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to prioritise tasks and work with multiple stakeholders
* Solutions-focused and accountable for your work
