The Cook is at the heart of the restaurant operations. You will be preparing fresh and delicious food, problem‐solving and weighingin with expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. You'll have the opportunity to utilise fresh ingredients to produce high‐standard products for our current and regular guests.
