We are currently looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to join the team on a casual basis with the opportunity to progress to a more permanent position.
Requirements for this role:
* Flexible hours available
* 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Assisting in running day-to-day busy shifts, ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment
* Assisting the FOH Manager and Procurement team with stock management, including receiving stock.
* Providing exceptional customer service, managing complaints and feedback with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Leading, motivating and assisting the Front of House Manager with training new and current staff.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Our ideal candidate will have:
* A current RSA – This is a must
* Approved Manager Certificate & Card – This is a must
* A minimum of 12 months experience as a FOH Supervisor OR a minimum of 2 years as a Front of House team member who is ready to take the next step in their career
* Strong beverage knowledge and a passion for hospitality
* Ability to make really good coffees
* Knowledge of POS Systems and Now Book It.
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Availability on a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and evenings. - This is a MUST
