This pivotal role supports the accurate creation and ongoing maintenance of parts data within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and reliability of part master data across the business. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update part master data with precision and consistencyInterpret technical and supplier documentation to populate part descriptions and attributesValidate catalogue entries for completeness and accuracyCollaborate with procurement, engineering, and operations teams to ensure data alignmentExecute bulk uploads and modifications using Excel-based toolsAdhere to strict data governance protocols and naming conventionsIdentify and resolve catalogue discrepancies swiftlyManage time-sensitive tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentSkills & ExperienceEssential:Hands-on experience with ERP systemsAdvanced Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data manipulation)Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesClear and effective communication skillsAvailability to work within Australian business hoursDesirable:Background in parts cataloguing, inventory, or master data managementFamiliarity with engineering or procurement terminologyExperience with bulk data import/export Initially on offer for a minimum period of 6 months, this could turn into a permanent role for the right person.
