About the Team

Our Compliance Team plays a vital role in ensuring that every product we release meets the necessary international standards and regulations. This work helps unlock access to global markets and ensures our technology is safe and reliable everywhere it's used.

This is a highly technical role focused on the regulatory compliance side of product development.

-----------------------------------

About the Role

We're looking for a Compliance Engineer who understands the balance between cutting-edge design and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you'll ensure our products meet global standards for product safety and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), working closely with design teams and external testing partners throughout the development cycle.

-----------------------------------

Key Responsibilities

* Interpret and apply global product safety and EMC standards.
* Guide engineering teams to embed compliance from the earliest stages of design.
* Oversee compliance testing and collaborate with third-party test labs.
* Review schematics and electronic designs to identify potential regulatory issues.
* Manage and maintain documentation required for product certifications.
-----------------------------------

About You

You bring a deep understanding of electronics and schematics, with a strong foundation in hardware design. While software expertise isn't required, your focus on the hardware side is key.

We're interested in candidates with experience such as:

* Compliance Engineering in a product development environment.
* Test Engineering experience in a NATA-accredited lab.
* Solid knowledge of RF and electrical design principles.
* Familiarity with industrial design principles (a bonus).
-----------------------------------

Skills and Experience

* Strong grasp of EMC principles and product safety standards.
* Ability to interpret technical schematics and hardware designs.
* Highly organized with excellent documentation and certification management skills.
* Strong communication skills for working across teams and with external stakeholders.
-----------------------------------

If you're passionate about electronics and want to play a key role in delivering world-class products to a global audience, we'd love to hear from you
