Job Description
We're searching for a very own 'Rosie the Robot' – you know, from The Jetsons – a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency to join our team at Mermaid Waters. Primary focus on housekeeping and room presentation.
This is a rotational shift position working mainly from 8:00am to 3:00pm, offering excellent daytime hours. You must have adaptable availability across Mondays to Fridays, as well as some weekends and public holidays as required by the roster.
A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant
* Making every room feel like home away from home
* Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
* Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
* Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands‐on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
