Eligibility/Other requirements: This position does require a pre-employment medical. Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required. Notes: This is a temporary position available from 04 December 2025 until 03 June 2026 with the possibility of extension up to 12 months and/or permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. This position operates in a workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk. The position is required to move between Libraries ACT branches as required. There may be opportunities for WFH as part of a hybrid arrangement.
