Overview
We are seeking a permanent full‑time product/project manager and consultant for our medicinal cannabis projects. The role is to guide clients in planning and setting up their medicinal cannabis businesses, provide consultation on regulatory compliance, develop policies and procedures, and obtain all required licences and permits.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit licence/permit applications, and consult clients on regulatory requirements.
- Develop the product/service using conducted research materials.
- Create process flows for the product/service.
- Manage and coordinate activities leading to successful completion of all client projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.
- Set up required partnerships for the product scheme.
- Conduct quality assurance and control.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress of the project.
- Manage relationships between clients and stakeholders.
- Report and escalations to top management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project/product documentation.
- Ensure the product complies with regulatory requirements.
- Measure project performance to identify improvement areas.
- Ensure ongoing process improvement.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least three years of experience in project management.
- Prior experience launching or scaling healthcare businesses (highly desirable).
- Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, developing policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Ability to liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time‑management skills, including attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and achieve goals and targets.
- Willingness to learn and develop personally and professionally.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
