Lead Residential Projects as a Senior Design Architect
As a highly skilled Associate Design Architect, you will be responsible for leading residential projects from concept to DA submission.
Your key focus areas will include driving design strategy, feasibility, and planning direction for Class 2 multi-residential projects. You must ensure that client vision, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability goals are met in all aspects of your work.
You will collaborate with the national design team to elevate design standards across projects and guide Revit documentation for quality and consistency. Additionally, you will liaise with clients, authorities, and contractors to resolve design and compliance issues.
Apart from this, you will mentor junior team members to support professional growth and design excellence. To be successful in this role, you will require architectural registration in NSW and at least 10 years of experience delivering projects from concept to DA. Proficiency in Revit is also essential.
