The role
We are seeking a new Warehouse & Customer Support Associate on a full-time basis. This all-rounder position includes the following key responsibilities.
* Customer order fulfilment, including pick / pack and dispatch
* Stock management, unload / check deliveries and assist with warehouse organisation
* Assist with daily warehouse operations, and identify and lead initiatives to improve operational processes and systems
* Provide excellent customer support, handling enquiries (phone and email), processing orders, and identifying customer needs and opportunities
* Assist with sales related events and programs
You will work on-site alongside the warehouse management team, with regular support and training to help you succeed.
The role is 5-days per week Monday to Friday. Our warehouse and office are in the same location with ample parking and access to public transport.
Key requirements
* Be reliable
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
* Strong communication skills
* Confident speaking with customers in professional and approachable manner
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and inbox management
* Previous experience in warehouse or distribution type business is valued, but not essential
* Positive attitude
