With rapid growth and a strong client base across Victoria, we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Area Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and take charge of their region.
This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to motivate a team, close big jobs, and ensure the entire client experience — from quote to install — runs smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be leading from the front — working closely with your team while managing your own pipeline of clients and opportunities.
- Lead a Team of 4 – support, coach, and keep the team focused on growth and performance
- Own the Numbers – be accountable for hitting monthly sales targets and team KPIs
- Quote & Close Work – manage your own leads, quote jobs, and close deals with confidence
- Deliver on Expectations – ensure clients receive a seamless experience from first contact through to delivery
- Drive Standards – keep your team aligned, organised, and accountable with clean systems and solid follow-through
- Build the Culture – lead with energy, integrity, and clarity — your team will take their cue from you
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading a small sales team (ideally in construction, trades, or product-based B2B sales)
- Confident closer with strong quoting and client management skills
- Highly organised, reliable, and consistent with systems and communication
- Motivational leadership style — you know how to get the best from your team
- Results-focused with a strong sense of ownership over your region
