Our client is a long-standing real estate agency located in FUNKY & MODERN offices in the western suburbs.
They are highly regarded within the real estate industry and they now have an opening for an experienced
Receptionist
to join their first-class team.
The Role
Opening & closing the office, directing & managing a busy switchboard.
Taking enquiries from clients & tenants.
General administration to the property management & sales team.
Managing stock control, banking, mail & couriers.
Maintaining the key register & window boards.
Updating rental lists & coordinating home opens.
Receipting rents, advertising & sales deposits.
Collating marketing for home opens, brochures, appraisal kits, etc.
The Successful Candidate
Experience within an office environment
(real estate industry experience would be preferred).
A confident personality to manage enquiries professionally.
Corporate presentation as you are representing the agency.
Intermediate computing skills, outstanding attention to detail and high-level initiative.
Sense of humour and a
