* Administrative Support Role for Residential Aged Care Team

About the Role

* Maintain rostering system to ensure accurate and timely data entry for over 100 employees.
* Assist with filling vacant shifts on the roster.
* Provide reception duties including meeting and greeting residents, their families, staff, and other customers.
* Manage and maintain filing system ensuring all documents are filed in a systematic manner.
* The role requires flexibility to work occasional extra days from time to time.

Key Requirements

* Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or extensive experience in high-level administration roles.
* Previous experience in providing high-level customer service in a busy work environment;
* Knowledge of using rostering and payroll systems;
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
