Must Have Skills - Technical Skills
* Strong experience with: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE modules)
* Entities, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards
* Knowledge of: Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
* Plugins & custom workflows (C# preferred)
* Web Services / APIs (REST, OData)
* Familiarity with: Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions – optional)
* SQL Server (basic queries, data troubleshooting)
