Job Summary

This role involves providing expert environmental advice on major transport projects.

* Conducting onsite audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental approvals and management.
* Assisting external stakeholders in investigating environmental incidents and providing support in all aspects of environmental management and compliance.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities

You'll be working directly with clients to:

* Offer expert environmental advice on major transport projects.
* Conduct onsite audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental approvals and management.
* Assist external stakeholders in investigating environmental incidents and providing support in all aspects of environmental management and compliance.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients.


Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Flexibility and a proactive attitude.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience working onsite with contractors and clients.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* A solid understanding of Queensland environmental legislation.
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as environmental science, engineering, geology, or earth science.
* A minimum of 3 years of professional experience and a valid full driver's licence.
