Support Tickets – Be the technical backbone for day-to-day client support.
Keeping Current – Stay ahead of trends, share what you learn, and help elevate our collective knowledge.
How Success is Measured
Meeting or exceeding project goals and timelines
Collaborating seamlessly with project leads, designers, and marketers
Delivering technical solutions that contribute directly to client growth
Making proactive contributions that move the business forward
