This is a key role that enables OET to communicate our journey, support commercial objectives and growth and evolve our brand. Your scope will include corporate and internal storytelling through media and stakeholder engagement, executive positioning, thought leadership and issue management.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage key internal stakeholders, working to translate business-wide developments into storytelling narratives for external and internal audiences.Provide oversight of communications and digital content calendar, supporting integration and delivery of projects and campaigns across various global regions and teams.Provide guidance to multi-channel content developers to ensure content delivers on communication objectives and embodies OET brand principles.Oversee and manage the day-to-day work of our Public Relations agencies globally.Write, edit and disseminate a variety of communications including stakeholder key messages, spokesperson talking points, press releases, articles, and other content.Lead the day-to-day content management on our corporate assets, such as website.Champion editorial and brand voice consistency across the business.Leverage brand tracking, campaign metrics and internal channel metrics to report on success of communications campaigns and tactics.About YouWe are looking for an experienced Communications professional who has:Minimum 6 years' experience in corporate, consumer and/or internal communications, either in-house or agency.Tertiary qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent.Highly collaborative with exceptional communication skills, in particular writing and editing skills.Demonstrated understanding of the media landscape, commercial acumen and the ability to impact complex stakeholder groups.Excellent project management skills and proactive work approach.Exceptional eye for detail and focus on excellence in delivery, while maintaining big-picture thinking.Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Canva and use of Content Management Systems.Able to use data, metrics and external market insights to drive strategies and measure communication impact.What We Offer:Contribute to meaningful products and campaigns that make a difference in the healthcare industry.Competitive salary and hybrid working arrangements.To be eligible to apply, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency, or unrestricted work rights.
