Trainer and Assessor-Cookery and Patisserie
The role
CW Education Group is seeking a talented and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team in Fremantle, Western Australia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vocational training and assessment in the areas of Cookery and Patisserie.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, student-centred training programs in Cookery and Patisserie
- Conduct thorough and accurate assessments to evaluate student competency and progress
- Provide individualised support and guidance to students to ensure their success
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and assessment tools
- Maintain accurate student records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge
What we\'re looking for
- Relevant vocational qualifications in Cookery and/or Patisserie
- Demonstrated experience as a Trainer and Assessor in the vocational education sector
- Strong teaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a student-focused approach
- Proficient in the use of learning management systems and other educational technologies
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for vocational education
