About the Role As Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership of the service, including day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes. You will lead the development of a positive, high-performing team culture while upholding consistently high standards. This role suits a confident and capable leader with a strong commitment to curriculum, pedagogy, and child-centred practice. Key Responsibilities Provide clear leadership and guidance to educators, fostering high-quality learning environments Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and quality standards Embed a culture of continuous improvement through reflection, review, and innovation Work collaboratively with senior leadership to support organisational goals and growth Support educators with documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and best practice Maintain oversight of policies, procedures, SIP, and all compliance-related documentation Monitor and manage staff performance in line with regulatory frameworks, professional conduct, and quality expectations About You You are a passionate, confident leader who thrives on collaboration, quality, and purpose. You bring authenticity, vision, and strong communication skills to your leadership approach.
