Our opportunity
We are searching for our next Campus Manager- Director of Nursing to join the CMH and WDHS team. As a senior leader this role will provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical and aged care services at the campus level.
As a member of WDHS leadership team, this role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care, while maintaining compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements and relevant legislation.
Reporting to executive leadership, the Campus Manager / DON provides oversight across nursing services, clinical governance, workforce capability and service quality. The role leads multidisciplinary teams across clinical and support services and plays a critical role in fostering a positive, values-driven workplace culture focused on accountability, professionalism and continuous improvement.
A key focus of this position is building strong collaborative partnerships with consumers, families, community partners and primary care providers to support integrated models of care that improve patient outcomes, reduce avoidable hospital presentations and support people to remain safely at home where appropriate.
