Senior Paediatric Nurse Position
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced paediatric nurse to take on a senior role in supporting families at home. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the unit, working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality client-focused care.
* Patient assessment and comprehensive care provision
* Quality discharge planning and coordination
The ideal candidate will have recent acute paediatric nursing experience, excellent clinical and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing situations.
* A current unrestricted Driver's Licence
* A current Police Record Check and Working with Children Check
* Proof of current influenza vaccination and other relevant vaccinations
