The Organisation
Our client is a market leader within the consulting space and is looking to onboard a like minded & highly skilled accounts officer on a part-time basis hours per week.
Our client is looking for someone that can work well within a team environment.
The Responsibilities
The duties of this role will combine Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, and include the following but not be limited to:
- Accounts Payable duties
- Processing of invoices
- Weekly payment runs
- Supplier reconciliations
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Accounts Receivable duties
- Allocating and receipting payments
- Collection calls and emails
- Various office admin duties
- Other Adhoc duties to assist the broader team
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes and qualities, however not limited to the following:
- Previous experience within accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work within a team workplace
