Role Details
Permanent contract – 25 hours per week for 6 months.
Part‐time position with a maximum term.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Area Manager on daily centre practices.
* Support Centre Managers across our centres.
* Implement an effective documentation collation system for regulatory departments.
* Provide support for account management activities.
* Handle phone inquiries and similar administrative tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
* Experience in an Admin or Receptionist role (Desirable).
* Previous history in Early Childhood Education (Ideal).
* Experience in a management or leadership role.
* A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one.
* A sharp eye for detail and ability to operate autonomously.
