Norm Flynn Smash Repairs is a long-established, locally owned business based in the heart of beautiful Busselton – a coastal town famous for its beaches, wineries, and relaxed lifestyle. We’re a growing team of 18 professionals and are looking for a Qualified Panel Beater to join us.

About You
- Trade-qualified Panel Beater
- Previous experience in the collision repair industry
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to safety
- Team player with a great attitude
What You’ll Be Doing
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as per job sheets
- Inspect parts for fitment and defects
- Perform quality repairs to OEM standards
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised workspaces
- Follow all OH&S; and PPE guidelines
