Requirements
* Valid NJ Instructional Certificate (Earth, Physical or Biological Science or Subject Matter Specialization – Science Grades 5-8)
* Ability to conduct/facilitate laboratory investigations
* Knowledge/Experience with modeling and inquiry-based science instruction
* Knowledge/Experience with OpenSciEd (a plus)
* Knowledge of the scope and sequence of NJ Student Learning Standards (ie: Next Generation Science Standards)
* Knowledge of state assessment test specifications for science (ie: NJSLA)
* Ability to integrate technology effectively to enhance instruction
* Knowledge of Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching – a plus
* Knowledge of best practices in middle level education
* Willingness to collaborate with fellow department members

As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level.
