Crystal Club Supervisor - Crown Perth

As a Crystal Club Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Crystal Club and Villa Manager in the daily operations of Crystal Club Food & Beverage Lounge and Reception. You will assist in team development and superior guest relations to ensure the highest level of service to enhance the customer service experience for Crystal Club guests. Breakfast service, pre-dinner drinks and check-in/check-out will run smoothly as you supervise and plan individual shifts, participate, and continuously develop employees and leadership while ensuring optimum quality service to customers at all times.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or Hotel Operations.
Strong Bar experience with Cocktail and Wine knowledge.
Relevant experience in Event Management and Luxury Brand Management.
Strong understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA).
Knowledge of a Point-of-Sale System (Oracle MICROS preferred).
