An exciting **Sydney based** opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate **Field Technical Specialist** to support our Neuromodulation business**.**
Reporting to the _Regional Sales Manager_, this position is responsible for providing the technical expertise at implant, follow-up and troubleshooting for the Territory Managers and Clinicians **across Sydney**.
**The main aspects of this role include**:
- Providing procedure support through patient education, post-operative patient support and ongoing programming
- Liaising with Education to ensure personal levels of technical competence are at the highest standard
- Shared account management and ownership in consultation with the Territory Manager
- Liaising with Territory Management on Neuromodulation promotion, product, therapies, service and support
- Providing feedback re competition activity and customer feedback
- Completing monthly reports as required
- Sound understanding and compliance with industry (MTAA), Code of Conduct and Company Compliance requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Science, Nursing or Human Movement (or related field)
- Experience in the clinical support of medical devices is advantageous
- Concisely and clearly communicate with the ability to articulate technical/clinical information
- Patient-centric, customer-focused and empathetic
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive and resilient self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced innovative environment
- Flexibility to travel and attend 24 hour on-call responsibilities on occasion
