Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to support a high-energy team in a project coordination role.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Managing pre and post-install processes and administrative tasks.
* Handling invoicing for project claims and service works.
* Scheduling installations with customers, field staff, and contractors.
* Providing exceptional customer service as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Distributing project-related documents, reports, and meeting minutes.
* Maintaining up-to-date records of project progress, issues, and changes.
* Managing project documentation, including contracts, plans, permits, and approvals.
* Supporting procurement activities to ensure effective budget management.
* Ensuring accurate data entry and management within our CRM system.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the renewable energy or construction industry.
* Strong communication skills to liaise with various clients, office & site-based staff, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong organizational abilities.
* Excellent data processing skills ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
* A self-starting approach to exploring opportunities with minimal direction.
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
