Job Title: Hybrid Performance Manager
The role of a Hybrid Performance Manager at Kinesso Australia involves leading a tight-knit performance team that integrates into client campaigns to ensure they reach their full potential. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in managing digital marketing campaigns across various paid media marketing tactics, including Social and SEM.
The successful candidate will have exceptional client relations skills and be excited to learn. Success in this role is defined by collaboration and team management, expertise in performance marketing, excellent communication skills, commitment to operational excellence, focus on staying up-to-date with industry best practices, and strong knowledge of SEM (SA360) and Social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance:
* See campaigns through from start to finish, including placement, testing, tracking, working through specifications, reporting, and pacing towards budget.
* Serve as an expert on the client's business, industry, competitors, key drivers, and environment, and identify opportunities for growth.
* Provide sound reasoning for challenging clients on briefs and suggest alternative approaches that could better meet marketing objectives.
* Create custom implementation strategies for clients, including optimal weights, placements, and buying parameters.
* Analyse and evaluate media proposals with limited guidance, using core principles of the buying process, including analysing, predicting audiences and costs, and tracking and optimising results.
* Constantly seek ways to improve and enhance schedules to effectively achieve communication goals and cost efficiency.
* Assess delivery against plan and manage the plan to address shortfalls, if any.
* Provide post-campaign reports detailing results against planned KPIs, expenditure, communication goals, and campaign effectiveness, including learnings and recommendations for future campaigns.
2. Client:
* Responsible for maximising client retention and growth.
* Effectively manage client expectations and communicate with them about status updates, resourcing changes, and deadlines.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on media-related matters and provide expert insights on their industry, competitors, and key drivers.
* Lead and manage client meetings/daily WIPs and updates, ensuring that campaigns and market updates include action items.
3. People:
* Manage a team of Performance Executives and Coordinators.
* Build goals, manage 30-60-90-day plans for Executives and Coordinators.
* Ensure appropriate leave planning of the team and expectations are set internally and with the client.
* Work towards achieving zero errors/write-offs across Reprise.
* Create an environment of open communication with the team and keep them informed about changes, updates in policies/procedures etc.
* Motivate team to exceed client expectations and produce high-quality work.
* Takes responsibility for team's quality of work and success.
* Manage workflow and resource allocation in the team effectively.
* Provide support and guidance to team members to help them learn best practices.
* Works closely with the Director to manage and develop team members' careers through coaching and feedback.
* Holds career progression meetings with team members along with the Director and helps create development plans.
4. Commercial:
* Take ownership of invoicing responsibilities for the team and promptly address any issues that may arise.
* Sending invoices to the correct client contact in a timely manner and properly filing copies of all invoices.
* Implement accurate financial tracking processes, including PO numbers, MBA trackers, value trackers, etc.
* Track all pre-bill invoices accurately and consistently.
* Communicate and resolve financial/billing issues with clients while maintaining strong relationships.

We offer a salary ranging from $80,000-85,000 inclusive of super.
