Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. In this role, you will work directly with clients in various settings, such as homes or day programs, to provide support and assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and accessing community services.
You will be responsible for promoting the independence, dignity, and well-being of our clients, while also building strong relationships with them and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III or higher in a relevant field of support work (desirable)
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to various locations
Benefits:
