Family Violence Legal Service Aboriginal Corporation (SA) – FVLSAC – is a community legal service assisting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims-survivors of family violence and/or sexual assault in the state of South Australia. We work with families and communities, providing face to face and/or telephone legal advice to our clients. We have offices in Port Augusta, Port Lincoln and Ceduna and provide services to these areas and surrounding communities. FVLSAC also provides client support services and community legal education.
FVLSAC is seeking a highly motivated, organised and positive individual to fill the position of Receptionist. We are currently seeking a Receptionist for our Ceduna office. The Receptionist is accountable to the Corporate Services Manager for the provision of reception services to clients, community members and other stakeholders, including receptionist duties and administration support services. You will be responsible for answering phones, receiving current and prospective clients and other duties as directed and within the Job and Person Specification.
The successful applicant will understand the importance of confidentiality and possess a caring nature. A skilled telephone manner, good computer, organisation skills, punctuality and neat presentation will be important to your success.
