Physiotherapist

Physiotherapist – Blue Care, Toowoomba Allied Health

• Employment term: Permanent, Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week)
• Location: Toowoomba and surrounding regions (e.g., Warwick, Dalby)
• Remuneration: $42.15–$59.04 per hour (dependant on experience) plus Super, salary packaging and allowances

Your Role

Provide holistic, integrated physiotherapy to clients, enhancing mobility, independence and wellbeing. Work with conditions related to musculoskeletal impairment, medical conditions and chronic disease.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, assess and develop care plans for individuals and groups
• Prescribe and select appropriate adaptive equipment and modifications
• Educate and train clients and carers on therapy aspects
• Set goals and plan discharge and recovery strategies
• Liaise with healthcare professionals (GPs, nurses, occupational therapists) to ensure care plans are monitored

Qualifications & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications and unrestricted AHPRA registration (essential)
• Previous experience in aged care or community setting
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Time‐management and autonomous working ability
• Australian Driver's Licence (essential)
• Road‐worthy vehicle insured to third‐party property minimum (essential)
• Willingness to satisfy required probity checks
