**Key responsibilities**:
You will have the opportunity to work with an unparalleled array of datasets (scan, shopper panel and customer data) all encompassed on the Coles Synergy platform. Using the latest technology in the industry, you will help shape and deliver how data, insights and technology is used to drive growth across the FMCG landscape.

You will become a trusted business partner to your client by providing valuable market insights that will further support their business goals. You will have the opportunity to:

- Deliver high quality market analysis across multiple data sets and propose suitable solutions which aim to maintain and grow revenue
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and influencing decisions
- Be proactive and efficient in gathering important business information that will identify potential challenges and opportunities
- Drive client growth by proactively seeking opportunities to offer additional services
- Effectively influence high impact projects and business processes within the Coles business

**We're looking for**:
An experienced Insights Consultant who has a thorough understanding of the retail and FMCG market. You will have the ability to analyse data in order to answer important business questions.

You will be entrepreneurially minded, have a growth mindset and be confident in liaising with stakeholders. You'll also love to collaborate and enjoy working in a team.

Ideally, you will have:

- At least two years insights experience in either an FMCG market research agency, manufacturer or retailer
- Strong ability to work across multiple data sets (scan, shopper or customer) and use them in a commercial way to achieve business objectives
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, manage expectations, and influence key business decisions
