The Opportunity:
The Sales Assistant role is a key contributor in assisting our Account Executives to enhance their client service engagement within the Sunshine Coast region.
Based in Maroochydore and reporting to the Deputy QLD Regional Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering customer-focused services to clients.
* Developing your skills in media buying and planning, and understanding the media landscape.
* Creating, booking, placement, and maintenance of advertising for client TV campaigns based on their target audience.
* Managing our internal system processes, ensuring placement of advertising material for TV campaigns and regular engagement with our internal departments.
* Developing and maintaining client relationships internally and externally.
* Providing administrative support to the Account Executives and Sales Manager.
* Receptionist duties when required.
About You:
You will be a proactive, detail-oriented, organisational, and client-focused administrator who is eager to learn and grow within the media industry.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and data entry skills.
* Great time management with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
* Willingness to learn a variety of tasks.
