Oversee stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising to maintain operational excellence. Report on store performance, identify opportunities for growth, and implement effective strategies to achieve goals. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a premium fashion or high-end retail environment. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on developing and inspiring a high-performing team. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and nurture lasting relationships with clients. A passion for luxury menswear, fashion trends, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently. A results-driven approach with a keen eye for detail and a focus on achieving sales targets.
