This Account Director role will take ownership of key client relationships while driving BTL marketing activity and expanding their footprint locally. What’s in it for you? Own and grow key client relationships across FMCG accounts Lead the day-to-day management of key projects, ensuring seamless delivery across teams Drive BTL marketing campaigns including promotional campaigns and brand activations Identify and develop partnership and promotional opportunities Work closely with creative teams to deliver engaging campaign concepts Manage stakeholder engagement across large-scale projects, including senior executives Collaborate with legal teams on licensing, partnerships and brand compliance Take ownership of campaign delivery, timelines and overall client outcomes What do you need? Proven experience in an Account Director or Senior Account Manager role within a marketing agency environment Experience delivering BTL campaigns / activations / events Ability to lead projects autonomously while managing and mentoring junior team members Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at a senior level Commercially minded with a track record of growing accounts and identifying opportunities Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and articulate complex ideas High level of organisation, resilience and problem-solving ability Willingness to travel interstate as required If you’re as excited about this opportunity as we are, don’t wait - APPLY NOW!
